A lot of materials, especially balance sheets, extracts, etc., are sent for translation in an unformatted form, and the main difficulty of working with such documents is to transfer the numbers from the source document to the target without any errors, and not only in the translation itself, as the text in such documents is sometimes less significant than numbers. Task Force employs three full-time layout designers who recognize, verify and prepare unformatted documents for translation, and make up the translation back into layouts. They are responsible for the meticulous manual verification of numbers, which is sometimes even more important than the translation itself! “There are a few words and the rest is numbers” makes the task more complicated (not easier, unfortunately), but we can handle that too. 😊
